Bean Hollow - Ellicott City

The coffee here is fantastic! I particularly loved the 'Drunk Uncle,' which is made with espresso and bourbon caramel. The brownies are also outstanding.

A great spot for a wide range of coffee options, breakfast dishes, salads, soups, and sandwiches. It can accommodate over 44 people, making it a decent place for gatherings.

I have a special place in my heart for coffee shops that roast their own beans. Everything about the Bean Hollow is a little better than expected: 1. The location, it is at one end of the quaint and walkable Ellicott City. Get your java on here and go explore. 2. The smell, I mentioned they roast their beans here, the aroma is intoxicating. 3. Yummy coffee! I bought a bag of beans as well. 4. The service was fast, attentive and polite. It appears that the issues other reviewers have raised have been addressed. 5. The food is much better than you'd expect from a coffee roaster. All in all, the Bean Hollow has earned all five of the stars I bestow upon it.

Great coffee. I enjoyed the variety of choices. They have a coffee roaster right there inside the seating area. They do offer breakfast items and sandwiches even ice creme. It's a busy place and the morning I was there, a lot of small children running around and being loud did make me leave early.
