Whiskey Joe's Manatee River - Ellenton

The sound of the bridge was quite distracting. overall the food, service and parking space were great. management has to print some new menus as many of them were so old that they could not read what the article was on the menu. so diew4 star evaluation.

I ordered the ribs and they were fantastic! However two of the others in our party ordered the mahi mahi tacos at our server's recommendation, and they were very disappointing. Both plates served had almost no mahi mahi in any of the tacos (maybe 1-2 small pieces of fish in each taco). We would not recommend the tacos again.

A very different Thanksgiving lunch, but lovely situation right by Manatee River with beach sand and Tikki Bar

My dinner was very good but chef forgot the pineapple on top of chicken. Waiter David was great. Atmosphere was nice. Definitely going back.

Service was great. Food was excellent. There was construction on the street by the restaurant, but sitting on the outside covered deck was glorious. We would eat here again.
