Dairy Queen - Ellensburg

The staff at the restaurant were excellent - very friendly and accommodating to my family. I would have left a tip if I had any money. The food was delicious.

If I could give this a 0 star, I would! Today was the worst experience I have treated in a fast food chain, ever! windows muddled in my face, screaming at me in front of a small child, telling “a life and happiness to win” from a shift lead that was the only person responsible. a little girl, less than 20, if that. When I asked about the informations of the manager or her name, she bumps back a window in my face that told me to wait, has to stay in the window for 8 minutes to come back and give me an empty paper, laugh and be extremely rude and wave “depart” behind the closed window! I will never spend a penny here again, with many friends and family that is local, we will refuse all our business here again!

On March 15, 2022, at 6:10 PM, my daughter and grandchild visited a restaurant for their weekly meal. The young manager, approximately 20 years old, was rude to my daughter and threw the order through the window. The manager refused to help because my daughter's order was not complete. It was the worst service I have ever experienced.

I seldom eat at milk queen, but I had believed chicken stripes and landgravure on my birthday. I'm glad to say that it tastes just as good as any other time when I have eaten it in pastness that goes back at least 35 years and places throughout the country. the staff in this situation was friendly and helpful, our eating was hot and fresh and enjoyed our visit overall.

Great customer service. Greeted me with a smile. Quick accurate.
