1883 Coffee Company - Ellensburg

At the Ellensburg Rodeo. They have an 1883 shop here. The employees are more interested in talking to each other about personal matters to be bothered with getting your order done right or in a reasonable amount of time. If you have 40 minutes to waste for mediocre coffee then this is your headache.

Good coffee consistently and the prices are more than fair.

The July special Aloha Brew cold brew was incredible!

The ladies are always a blast to talk with, the coffee is yummy, and the service is fast.

They can be A little pinched at times but overall decent. Very expensive, I was at over three hundred dollars per month there. If you're looking for cute girls to make your coffee I'd definitely recommend it. If you are low on cash and want to support inclusivity I wouldn't go here. They ask for tips, even on a gift card, which is awkward and manipulative. Overall I give them maybe a three point five. OH ALMOST FORGOT, No clue what a reverse caramel macchiato was.
