1201 Bagels - Ellensburg

Incredible food, and the wait was definitely worthwhile! We visited during lunchtime and had to wait about 25 minutes, but it was well worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. We tried the Hawaiian Bagel, a Raspberry/Vanilla Protein Shake, and the turkey on a gluten-free bagel. Everything was delightful!

This is the best bagel sandwich I've ever had, and saying I've been raving about it for days is an understatement. I had the salmon Benedict on an onion bagel, and it was absolutely incredible. Fresh and made to order, the bagel was so soft. My friend and I initially stopped because we noticed the long line, which spoke volumes about it being a local favorite. Even though we had to wait, it was totally worth it. You have to try this place!

I had an incredible breakfast sandwich (and yes, you can get it on a cookie!). I also picked up a bagel to take home later. Both were absolutely delicious and made for the perfect breakfast after a wild weekend in the canyon! The staff at the window were not only beautiful but also very efficient, even with the long lines. I highly recommend checking it out!

Jalapeño Bagel had a nice taste and I liked the chewiness of it. The price was higher, then I would only expect $4 with cream cheese.

WOW! So delicious! We had a turkey delight on a pesto bagel, plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and 2 breakfast bagels. All were delicious! Prices were very reasonable and service was quick.
