1201 Bagels - Ellensburg

I’ve eaten here numerous times while traveling through. Veggies and bagels are always super fresh. Easily accessible if you are traveling down Interstate 90.

Vegan options are limited, but got vegan cashew spread and veggies on a plain bagel and was honestly surprised how delicious it was. Unexpectedly flavorful with a bomb smokey note. Will be back when passing through!

Warm, soft bagels with fresh toppings and non-dairy spreads! It's a fantastic quick and healthy choice if you're passing through Ellensburg. The build-your-own bagels are also reasonably priced (no vegan markup!).
