Mcdonald's - Elkton

Horrible service at this McDonald's customer service of the manager Chelsea was very rude and escalated an argument because my family and I ate during waiting for the rest of our order. She said we can't eat in McDonald's in an rude tone! She told us to come out of her store and she'd give us our money back. We initially waited for a few to welcome us that took a very long time, my family and I asked if it were someone to help us. Very bad service! She really needs to be trained again and again to better manage customer service skills! I am a customer service employee and I know how to treat customers better than the way we were treated. Rule of thumb customers are always right, even if their injustice is only to keep peace. This location is Elkton, Maryland. It is a big problem and must be removed immediately!!!

Left... Liz with the purple hair was extremely unprofessional.... We ordered 70 dollars worth of food and received no straws, napkins or sauces... Liz must be finished right away? the first example of what is wrong with Elkton... I?ll contact the higher ups!!! I will drive to Delaware before I give this facility from me and my husband?s hard earned money!!!

It's good. We stopped this place for 10 years. Always clean. No complaints

I went through? thru. My stop was very fast and efficient.

I have 3 McDonald's near me and this is the best one so far. Sometimes I have to wait but for the most part they are a better location.
