Had plastic packaging in my sandwich, no contact from the website complaint. Oh, and I didn't even order Mac and Cheese

No inside dining now, but a good variety of food that's no good for us. This is a Yum brands store that combines KFC and Taco Bell. Kids like one, adults the other. Can you guess which is which?

We waited in the store for our 12 piece chicken with three sides and 6 biscuits for 45 minutes. My husband was so hungry for chicken and mashed potatoes that we had to go there. When we got home with our order 20 minutes later, the biscuits were so hard you could play hockey with them. The chicken looked burnt and it was so salty you needed a gallon of water. Would not recommend if you want good food quickly.

Went here today for the first time on our way back home from car dealer.. worst chicken ever couldn't even chew the chicken sandwich dry and hard..original recipe chicken was dry like it was old.. horrible

I 've order from this location trying my best to give them more opportunities to shine. I work as chef and understand the hardships of the food industry all to well. HOWEVER, if you except my doordash order 2 hours before close, I shouldn 't get a text an hour after waiting for my food to hear you are out of chicken . Obviously don 't except the order. Instead of having me wait 5 to 10 days for a refund. 3 strikes you 're put.
