The service is great food is a five star. I recommend everyone to to get the pretzel sandwich

It was clean inside. However, the young lady with the colorful hair had to be new. She waited on us and act like she couldn't understand what I was saying unto her. I had to remove my mask so She could understand. She had zero tolerance and acted annoyed. Other than that it was clean.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and when I finally got my food it was completely cold. Not even a little bit warm. Also there was no ketchup or mustard on my burger, only mayo. I'm not even sure how you forget those.

Drive through is very slow. It used to be really quick, less than 5 minutes on most days. Recently I have been waiting for 10 minutes just to place my order, then another 5 to pay and pick up. There have been times where cars in front of me have left. I was there today and the line was almost to Washington Blvd. other than the drive thru being slow the nuggets are amazing, always crispy. The fries should be cooked a little more as they are mostly soggy.
