Domino's Pizza - Elkridge

My local go-to for pizza, with both better prices and better quality of food than the local delivery restaurants. Of course, I prefer doing carryout.

Worst pizza every cold and over cooked. Horrible and never again I will go to dominos

The good news is, they have our order right and it tastes like Dominos should. The bad news, service, delivery and interaction with the staff was terrible. We have specifically opted for Dominos to also do the carside delivery option that advertises Dominos to limit exposure during the pandemic. We placed our order online and arrived at the store when the Piazza was ready. After all instructions on the Dominos Pizza tracker, our order was not brought into our car. We waited 20 minutes and tried to call the store 5 times, but they didn't answer the phone. I finally went to the store, the thing I tried to avoid asking for my food and was immediately and rudely said that they did not have my order. I said I ordered and paid the website and showed it on my phone. This employee was still upset that I was looking for an order I had paid for, but now he asked at least to see the name on the order whether it was on the shelf. Low and behold, it was and so he put it in the counter and not so gently put it down saying he does not know how the carside delivery works. Rude, untrained employees who don't work for 3 seconds to get you the food behind the counter you have already paid and waited for almost half an hour is not a great customer experience.

This situation is really good! quality management; Quality Pizza:

Extremely poor customer service! Management needs more training. We will never apply this place again.
