The Local is the best breakfast sandwich Ive had in the area! Highly recommend this place

Everything Tam makes is fantastic! Chicken sandwich is great, but dont overlook his weekly specials. And the wings are amazing!

Chef tam is just incredible! I'm never disappointed with everything he creates. the fried chicken sandwich is of course amazing. his suppers are some of the most tasteful I ever had. we are thrilled that he is just around the corner. highly recommended!

The evening before Thanksgiving I wanted to have less meal preparation to feed my out of- town visitors. So, I asked Chef Tam of Haven Local to prepare a quiche for us.What a great decision that was!The vegetable quiche was light, creamy and chock full of vegetables— roasted purple cauliflower, broccoli, local shiitake mushrooms and onions. Not only was it delicious, but it was beautiful as well.We are very fortunate to this new culinary talent here in Elkins Park.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The food is incredible, the staff is wonderful, and the location is perfect for anyone family, friends, or just a quiet bite. Whether you want something quick and easy (the burger and fried chicken sandwich are A or are looking for a ready-to-heat meal for home (chicken pot pie was incredible), then this is the place! Tam, Dave, and the entire staff could not be more welcoming! Even better they are all Elkins Park locals!
