Bidrage med feedback$42 for an hour, bowling, not terrible if you've got a big group. Also ate and drank from the bar, drinks were well priced and tasty. Food was meh, but that's to be expected, we got an appetizer combo... would have preferred salsa instead of ketchup as with what we ordered would have made more sense, no biggie. The bowling shoes were rough, worn, and tattered. However, they're items that get worn repeatedly, so not a huge deal. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff/management needs to be more knowledgeable of their offered party packages and what their website states. We reserved a kid birthday party three weeks prior to event. Two weeks prior to event we notified the staff in person that we never received the invites. The kid at the counter tried to give us kids league sign up cards. There was an older gentleman who spent twenty minutes looking for invites in an office just to say he couldn’t find them, “they are here, but I don’t know where.” I asked for a phone call once the invites were found so I could pick up. Nothing came of it. Three days prior to event, again in person, we verified with staff they were willing to accommodate 24 kids and have everything available for the party that the website states. I was ensured everything would be there. The day of I had to ask the hostess for the balloon bouquet (bouquet was two small balloons). The memory shirt was a great idea, but the alley didn’t let us know we had to supply the coloring items. We never received free bowling passes for the guests. We never received a fun pack gift prize. We didn’t receive a dedicated hostess to “keep the party rolling”, just someone who grabbed shoes and delivered pizza. Not once were we asked during our party if we needed anything. I had to ask for drink pitchers an hour into our party even though we placed the food order three days before to ensure we had the food ready for the kids when needed. I had to run around to get extra napkins, straws etc. I am not a fan of adding gratuity automatically, but based on service, the amount was definitely less than I planned to give and that I am okay with.
My 9 year old son decided he wanted to spend his birthday bowling with a few friends and his family. We chose to do the Pizza Package Special x2. That package included a large 1 topping pizza and pitcher of a soft drink for each package purchased. The 2 pizzas arrived as very thin, crunchy (overcooked) crusts and barely any toppings. The dry pizza was not exactly what we were anticipating. We asked for a pitcher of water,in addition to the soft drinks, and when we attempted to pick it up, we were told there was a $1.00 fee for a pitcher of water. This was not shared with us, so the front desk individual had the fee waived. Heads up to anyone it matters to that they do charge for pitchers of tapwater. If we were to choose to set up another time to bowl, I would definitely request that the pizzas be made like the party next to us, more crust and toppings. Maybe then we wouldn 't need more drinks to wash down the dry pizza.
They don't answer their phones. There should be more separation between the carpeted area and the space where food and drink isn't allowed. They need more staff, mainly to bring out the food it seemed, but we eventually got what we ordered after waiting a long time and going to ask for it. The workers were ON IT when it came to resetting lanes that weren't working properly for whatever reason! Also, the kids had fun in the arcade area. Oh, and I should mention... Once we got our food, it was pretty good!
Was decently priced, good drink, but online says they have cosic bowling at 8pm and front desk was trying to say not until 9pm. So we needed to buy an extra hour to enjoy the false advertisement
