Biggby Coffee - Elkhart

I am very contradictory about my recent visits. The management is great and the girls are just as big, but for reasons unknown Destany was fired, and I think that was a big mistake when it was for the reason I think it was! The atmosphere there was beyond grandiose, the girls would joke and laugh cause that is what you do if you love your job (speak of experience) and they are still working so fast and it is always in a great mood that they have fun with their job and know that if they have fun and their work love they can stay there. They all made my trip their feelings like a personal experience. Lately this has stopped and it is too serious and quiet when I come in and it is not the same, it is nothing that the employees do wrong I think it was said that they stop looking around and that bothers me when they had a rhythm and worked so fast, what is the problem with fun? If you have to be serious all the time when you begin to hate your job and look elsewhere for a paycheck.

Every visit has exceeded my expectations. The girls and boys are always professional and super nice even at 5 o'clock.

This coffee is very addictive!! Lol.. and the people who work here are great. they all smile and crack jokes.. feels like Ur at home; LIEBE IT!

There is no better coffee. Frozen white lighting with just a lil extra flavor is my choice always. Most the baristas are cool. Think it's the owners daughter, she real cool and always makes you feel welcome everytime! Def recommend before a star over a buck anyday.
