Concourse Lounge - Elkhart Lake

The onion soup was by far one of the oddest and most disappointing offerings ever. Almost all of it was bread with just a smattering of beef broth and a sprinkling of caramelized onions covered meekly with wilted cheese. My companion had a tomatobisque that resembled marinara sauce. Neither soup was particularly hot, either. Do not get the risotto. We still can?t figureout what this melted cheese covered dish really was. The burger was perfectly fine though; cooked to order and a as beefy as the7 ounce menu promise described. Drinks are good and fairly priced. My advice don?t get cute here. Salads and burgers are the wayto go.

The quality of the food was not good. Very expensive prices, and cheap quality food. Ordered a prime rib, was over cooked and have gravy drenched all over it. Also ordered the salmon, was served to me burnt to a crisp. Would not recommend, won?t eatthere again

I found my experience to be very disappointing. The ambiance was lacking – there were no table linens, the candles weren't lit, and the fireplace was off. Additionally, there were random chairs and high chairs piled up, and the plants looked like they were dying. As for the food and wine, they were nothing to write home about. It was a significant change from when the restaurant was known as Lola's. I don't plan on returning.

The service and drinks were excellent, but we ordered salmon for our main course and it was inedible. We notified the restaurant, yet we were still charged for it.

I was staying at this hotel for a conference and arrived late, but fortunately, I was seated immediately. The waitress was extremely friendly and took my order without delay. The burger and fries were delicious.
