Bidrage med feedbackOn a chilly October morning, came here with a group of 8. Sat outside because the wait for a big group would end up taking at least 30 minutes sadly, and we couldnt wait that long. However they provided hot tea, cold tea, and water so when you mix it into a warm tea, that warms you up in the cold weather sitting outside. And once you get your pho noodle soup, you'll get warmer and therefore more comfortable!! So that all actually worked out nicely surprisingly. It was a nice little outdoor area. The pho noodle soup was good, but felt a little less than other pho places for example. Nothing else I want to say about the flavor, but it wasnt awful but solidly good. Opened at 10am on Sunday and quickly got even busier around noontime. Prices for the pho noodle soups ranged from about $14 19 for the classic, combination, and a couple other category pho noodle soups.... like if you got Ha Noi or Oxtail then it would be extra charge. If you want a side of oxtail for example, that would be about $7.95. Interesting. Good service for the most part, though one time I asked for 2 forks for the kid with us myself, and they mustve forgot to bring it out sadly. Other than that, good service overall. Food arrived surprisingly fast after we sat down within 10 minutes WOW.
I used to dine at the Sit Lo Saigon in Midtown, Sacramento. I am glad there is a closer location in Davis, CA. The service was quite fast. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes. I tried the ox tail pho with fresh noodles, a Chinese donut, and the HK lemon tea. I absolutely loved everything that I ordered. The broth was very flavorful. The ox tail was really tender. I loved that there was a pair of scissors to trim the excess fat. This place serves the freshest and softest Chinese donut that I've had. The lemon tea was delicious. I cannot wait until my next visit!
Pho was good but the Thai tea needs improvement. It is pretty expensive for a small bowl of pho but they give alot of meat.
I wish I could give it 0 stars Broth tasted like straight sea waterLiterally like they just boiled water, added loads of salt, and a dash of chicken seasoning for color. As a Vietnamese who has tasted great homemade pho and know what's pho is supposed to taste like, this is not it! Don't waste your time and money here.
I was craving pho and Sit Lo is located in the same plaza as 5 Below. My sister and I decided to check it out. We were disappointed. When you are craving pho, don 't go here. Their menu is very limited and they didn 't even have egg rolls. They used too but removed it from the menu. This was the only item my sister wanted to get. We took our one order of pho tai, bo vien, to go. It was a large one size portion. Usually a large can be shared between two people but this size isn 't shareable. The place was packed, indoor and outdoor, so their menu caters to others. Their Viet coffee was good.
