I have 2 locations that I patronize. I have food allergies so I order the custom crust and use the ingredients that I can use. At both locations the crust are always well done to burnt and the staff say it’s because it’s a special crust it cooks faster but if they don’t leave in oven the pizza won’t be done or center gooey? You’ve also changed ingredients in the tomatoes sauce were it is now lacking flavor! I have comeback due to not many pizza places provide the crust option or dairy free cheese, but if food quality doesn’t improve I may have to drive to further location to indulge!

I love pizza. I have it at least once a week. This was my first experience with Pieology and I will probably come back a few times. The employee who helped me was friendly enough, but seemed bored. He sold me on getting the rising crust dough. The rising crust was just ok. I would not get it again. The sauce and toppings were very good. The vegetables were fresh and the meat was better than I expected. Perfect amount of cheese and the pizza came to the table blistering hot. Next time I will get their regular dough and give that a try.

I love the custom pizza. You cannot go wrong in picking your own ingredients.Highly recommended.
