New York Pizza - Elk Grove

Ordered on 7/15 for a paprika pizza with mushrooms and paprika, and received a pizza missing paprika, but was charged for it. The cashier at that time had to write my name and my number down to ensure a 50% of my next order. Today called to order pizza, and was immediately told it's only $3 off. I appreciate their efforts to correct mistakes, but the inconvenience in the information was disappointing.

Hello! I placed a pickup order yesterday evening (1/16/2022) at their Bruceville Road location in Elk Grove. The pizza was ready when I arrived (I was a little early), the pizza was hot and fresh, the customer service was prompt and courteous despite how busy they were; what is more, the pizza was delicious! The chocolate chip cookies were moist, chewy, and utterly decadent. Thank you for helping make our evening memorable. When I am in Elk Grove, this is where I getting my pizza.

Gyros r very tasty. I would not have guessed they are pure lamb. I usually only like beef gyros. My son's personal pizza was great too. The prices are good too. Wish they had cucumbers and black olives for the gyros.

Warning! Ordered a garlic pizza and the taste was nothing like as it was advertised... could not even find any fresh garlic on our pie. Customer service was incredibly uncaring and not willing to remedy the problem other than a $1 discount toward a future purchase. No thank you, I rather find a different pizzeria for next time where I am served with a good attitude and food.

The pizza wasn't that good. I wouldn't order it again. The Mozzarella sticks were good. The wings were not good either. Very tiny and the flavor was lacking.
