Wing Zone - Elk Grove Village

I went to Wing Zone a week ago and it was fully staffed. At least 6 staff were cursing and arguing about the schedule while I waited almost 30 minutes for my order. The waiting area had dirty tables. The manager was present and had no control. Most importantly the food was not good. The wings were no flavorful and very small.

Wing Zone is really the best for me! They went above and beyond for us! Their food was perfectly prepared and very delicious. All of their offers are worth a try. They have so delicious menu, everything that you will see at their menu is fresh, made to perfection, and really worth the price. Their place is very convenient. You can order just by visiting their place and also just by ordering online. Very nice place to spend some quality time and relax. The whole place is really nice, clean, bright, and decent. You will absolutely feel good and comfortable inside the place. They are well-maintained, the whole place is organized, and very interesting. They have awesome style and designs. Place really looks neat. This place is very accessible, they are so near to different areas and popular places in the whole city, and you can really visit this in just a few minutes from your place. If you are near you must really try this place and you will not regret it. They are so great, cheaper than others, and they have so many great offers. Their customer service is also a top-notch. NO ONE here wore masks. Not the man taking my order, the manager, the cook nor the lady in the back cleaning. This resistance clearly not takin covid precautions and the health of their customers seriously. A big issue!

Wing zone has the most overpriced wings in Richmond, more than 1$ per wing for boneless glorified chicken nuggets? Literally the smallest wings I have ever eaten. I have ordered from them dozens of time and the wings are different every time, most of the workers could absolutely care less about your order and every once in a while they 'll pretend they stop taking orders an hour before they close just because they don 't want to work. Time to switch to literally any of the 20 wing places within 10 miles.

Was excited to try wing zone after I saw it on tiktok. We ordered boneless wings and they told us it would be 5-10 minutes. Turned out to be more like 20-25 which is a fine amount of time for take out, but don't tell me 5-10! The wings were not tossed in our sauces which was on the side. We ordered the Nashville hot and buffalo garlic parm. The Nashville hot just tasted like bbq dipping sauce and the buffalo garlic parm didn't taste like any of those three flavors. The fries were amazing. Go for the fries. I can't say more about the fries.
