Dunkin' Donuts - Elk Grove Village

I absolutely love this Dunkin’! The staff is always incredibly friendly, even when things seem a bit slow. They truly put in a lot of effort! Kricia (I hope I've spelled that right) is fantastic! I notice she often works alone but never complains about it! I visit almost every day!

I've been making my own coffee at home for many years now, but whenever I don't feel like it or don't have the time, I can always count on my dependable spot to serve a fresh and delicious cup of coffee. The barista even gave me a discount! I'm not sure why, but it was a pleasant surprise. I also hold a special place in my heart for Dunkin' Donuts. ~Mario~

This is my favorite dunkin donuts in the area. The lady who works on weekday morning is super sweet and knows my order with heart so she starts getting it ready as soon as I go in. She's always kind and has a smile on her face. The rest of the morning staff is also great and takes care of everyone very quickly, even if there is a line. I recommend this DD.

This is a fantastic spot! The coffee is excellent—hot and fresh every time. The staff members are very friendly, especially the woman who works on the weekends; she is just wonderful. The bagels are absolutely delicious! However, I have to mention that the manager seems to always be in a bad mood, which is a bit disappointing.
