Rally's - Elizabethtown

I was not happy when I went to Rally's this afternoon in Elizabethtown KY. The lady was rude and I had to wait a good 20-30 minutes for my food then the fries weren't all the way done and the champ burger was cold? Wasn't about to go back thru therewith all the people waiting to get there food? Wasn't happy won't go back there anymore I'll go to the one in Radcliff KY whereI've had no troubles

Always get good French fries and my favorite drink there. Occasionally I eat a hamburger there too. My fries are always fresh and hot and delicious, and my drink is made to my order. There is a Great worker Named James Johnson that takes great care inmaking sure my orders are correct. The rest of the crews are very good too! Overall, they all do a great job.

I ordered a baconator last night at 01:46am for lunch. The problem was the server walked to the drive thru window with the top bun of my sandwich in his hand with no gloves on? I refuse to eat the burger and I will be posting to Facebook about thishygiene incident.

Messed up my order completely and then refused to make it right.. after I spent $15 on food. Do not recommend coming here unless you want someone else choosing what you want to eat. Nor can they keep items in stock.

I had a rewards coupon for 50% off total order it took it off my points but not my total. Manager didn't seem to care. So I only got 10% off my total. Not being rude but the manager didn't even try.
