Used my points for the kids pizza night and received a pizza that went to waste due to allergies. Called and was given the option to have a complimentary pizza for a later time. Chose for later time so the delivery driver wouldn’t have to back track. Called following week for kids pizza night there is no record of it and was told there was absolutely nothing that can be done. So I’ve lost points money. The AGM was also too busy to speak with me due to the store being “extremely busy” although I was sitting in front of the store, where there wasn’t another customer inside or outside.

Best team ever! Pizza was done on time, order was correct and hot and fresh!! The little dark haired girl at the counter was undoubtedly new but knowledgeable and sweet as could be,....I love y'all! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Best pizza, best amount of food for my money, filled the family up and I left satisfied and stayed satisfied with a full tummy! Thank you so much y'all

Ordered from the app, told 25 mins. Arrived 30 mins after order was placed. Told it was going to be another 15-20 mins. Came back in after 25 mins and was told again 15 more minutes. As I was in a huge hurry, I said just cancel the order. It will be 2-3 business days before my money is refunded. No explanation or coupon offered. Very disappointed.

Just went to pick up my replacement order that I paid the delivery driver for that he ATE. So I still paid delivery and they told me that the driver still works at the establishment. Don’t eat dominos, they eat it with their bare hands before you get a chance. Refused a refused even though I tipped $10 on a $20 order. Trash.
