This is the new location... Black Olive! Really enjoyable relaxing atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. The parts are from this world... And the quality of food is always at the point... I had a house salad and meat lasagna for lunch for about $12,50... Oh, yeah, the best bubbly coke in town. Thank you for your great service and hospitality Brittany. You're the best waitress ever... A huge scream to the kitchen staff. Segnungen.

The best girl is Tiffany. She was as sweet as a server. She was super fast like a server. She made my experience wonderful. The food was from this world! The best in all Elizabethton!

We make a special trip to Elizabethton now and then just to visit Primo's. We get a desire for her fantastic Italian food. We always look at the menu in the hope to find something else delicious, but always get the same because we are obsessed with it!! So good. The service is also excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We love, love, love Primo's!!!!

Really nice staff really clean restaurant I have the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, chicken parmesan with spaghetti really good tomato sauce and noodles. My friend got the spicy chicken and we're both very good. To supplement it from their dessert selection, comes on a tray and I got the regular cannoli and chocolate dipped.

Get the pizza, it's the best we found in Elizabethton. You can also BYOB they will provide a frosted mug.
