Clean and organized well. So thankful the upper bathrooms were open late. So nice to wash my hands with soap and not just rinse off.

This place has screwed up our reservation twice. Will never rent from them again.

Rented a pontoon boat. They were well organized and efficient in getting us on and off the water. Friendly too.

We reserved a boat on May 11th for July 4th, only to have the reservation canceled on July 1st due to engine issues. While we received a refund, no alternative solutions or compensation were offered, which significantly disrupted our plans. I noticed a few other reviews mentioning engine problems as well. While I understand mechanical issues can occur, I believe better customer service and proactive communication could improve the experience for future customers.
