I go here all the time and have always been treated nicely minus the one time my food was given to another patron but that's all right. Food is great, staff are nice and it's always a good environment.

We had the nicest experience here. Front counter girl was super friendly. Brought the food to our table. Our hamburgers fries were delicious!

Went there today for chicken strips and gravy. Service was fast and very efficient. Young lady at the drive thru window was great. We need Diary Queen to come back to Boone NC. College town really could benefit from it.

I use to love this location, late night stop after a long day at work.. But for the past 2 months every visit something is missing, I pay for extra stuff and I get very little or none at all. Tonight was the kicker. I ordered the Carmel cheesecakeblizzard on my order and my daughter got a number 3 meal on her order. First off when she handed me the blizzards were alreadymelted some, but ok I get your busy, anyways, she ask use to pull forward to wait for my daughter's meal..while we wait 10minutes more I have no cheesecake pieces in the blizzard only the Carmel chunks, yes I kept eating thinking maybe they were atthe bottom, Nope, so when she brought the food out I told her..I have already ate it sitting here waiting on this food but justto let you know, there were no pieces of cheesecake, she apologized offered to make another one, I said no it's ok and sheinsisted, I said thank you, well waiting on Her some young man comes out saying I can't make you another one you have done atethat one and I made that myself I know it had cheesecake pieces. ok.. No it didn't and 2nd I never asked for to remake it sheoffered. I get home and my daughter tells me there are no fries in the bag.. Seriously a 20 minute wait on a 12 value meal andshe didn't get her fries, I am assuming the little young man that put my cheesecake piece in the blizzard also put her fries inthe bag new on.. anyways go on home..as I'm getting out the shower my daughter tells me they didn't even put her fries inthe bag, after waiting almost 20 minutes and 12 dollars on a value mea and No fries...SMH...Do better

This is my go to place for ice cream and cakes. My all time favorite blizzard is the chocolate covered strawberry. I wish they would make a chocolate covered black cherry. My grandson loves the chicken strip dinner. My husband loves the banana splits. Andyes we enjoy dessert before dinner.
