Cook Out - Elizabethton

I used to really enjoy the food at Cook Out in Elizabethton, TN, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality over the past year. The meat has often been overcooked, and there have been instances where items were missing from our orders. Today was particularly frustrating; my husband and I had to reorder three malts because our order was messed up twice! When we finally received the correct order, we found that our hamburgers were overcooked and charred, and the fries were soggy and dry. While Cook Out still makes great shakes, we were extremely disappointed with today's service and the overall quality of the meal. This may very well be the last time we dine there.
