I enjoyed the anticuchos, but I wasn’t a fan of the rachi (the cuts were too rough and the flavor wasn’t very pleasing). The rocoto was excellent, especially with the green onions—delicious! You can also find tamales, chicharrón with sweet potatoes, and some really good ice creams called "marcianos."
