Dunkin' - Elizabeth

The staff were friendly, but I’m not quite sure what all the hype about Dunkin' Donuts is. Is it just an East Coast thing?

First off, I have to ask why we are taxed by both state AND the city at this location only. At no other business in this man did this happen during the entire day Food and drinks were fine but they really need to clean the tables more often especiallywith 3 workers and one on their phone. Our table had a glob of something that had hardened in it.

They got rid of the vanilla chai, and then they replaced it with vanilla spice, but now that’s gone too. The only drink options available were coffee, hot chocolate, or regular tea. They mentioned that this location is undergoing changes and will be getting a new menu, which was a bit disappointing because I really enjoyed the vanilla chai and vanilla spice. However, the sandwich I had was good, and the bagel with cream cheese was tasty as well. Even though I still went there, I couldn’t get the drinks I wanted because they weren’t available.

I usually prefer to give positive reviews to support businesses, but unfortunately, this location did not meet my expectations. The person ahead of me asked for a refund because his drink was terrible, which should have served as a warning. When I placed my order, they got it wrong, and although they fixed it, my meal was completely inedible by the time I got to my car. I ordered a plain bagel with butter, but it was stale, over-toasted, and I couldn't even take a bite. My coffee was decent, but they had to remake it because it wasn’t what I ordered. My daughter's drink was also very disappointing. It's unfortunate that I found a Dunkin' I really didn’t enjoy.

They never prepare mobile orders on time here. If you place one, you might end up waiting for 20 minutes, and often, no one seems to be managing the orders. It’s frustrating; no one wants to wait that long for a Dunkin’ at the shopping center.
