Bidrage med feedbackWe live across the road and we get takeaway often. I can tell you (despite some of the reviews i just read... the food is fresh. I've witnessed many times new food coming out to be replaced while I've waited for nan. It's very good for a takeaway and I prefer it to where I used to order from a restaurant and great value for the same quality.
My favorite Indian restaurant. Flavors are second to none. Moreover they have a big menu on top of the ready-to-serve choices. And if you are a regular, you might even be offered to try some curries that are not on the menu.
Hands down the best Indian food I've had in Sydney.. Easy on the oil, and heavy on the flavor that takes time and skill to acquire. I had ordered the saag paneer which they were out of for the night, but they informed me immediately and substituted it with a smokey dish of white fish that was full of flavor and had the same constituency of sauce/spinach (chefs choice... not sure what it was. The chicken masala was delicious with fresh veg and again in a saucy that wasnt too oily. It was made with quality lean meat and in generous portions for the price. Their onion pakora are absolutely incredible and something that ill be coming back for again and again. Very impressed and happy to live around the corner. FYI for those that enjoy spicy food: When you order hot, they'll give you proper hot.. I love spicy food but needed a dollop of yogurt for this. I was told the fish dish would take 70 minutes but it was delivered within half an hour. The whole experience was fantastic. Definitely a place to try in Potts Point.
I enjoyed my experience here as a small, hole-in-the-wall-indian restaurant. if they want a fast meal with pretty good taste, this is a good place to stop by. the first draw here was the $8 lunch speciality: a meat curry and a veggie curry over rice. eating is buffet style, so eating on a warmer for a bit and would not be super fresh. I still enjoy the taste. I highly recommend trying the wobbles bhajji because it really cheap and really delicious!
I really enjoyed my experience here, as a small, an Indian restaurant with hole in the wall. If you want a quick meal with pretty good taste, this is a good place to get by. The first draw here was the $ 8 lunch break: a meat curry and a vegetable curry over rice. The food is a buffet style so that the food is sitting on a warmer for a bit and would not be super fresh. Nevertheless, I still enjoy the aroma. I recommend you to try the onion of Bhajji as it is really cheap and is really delicious!
