A handier small load, as far as I know, there are no other close. Besides some drinks, sweets, snacks and foods, there are also some very beautiful souvenirs, gifts and ornaments. every purchase they make in community shops like this helps to keep it open and for the local community, especially in winter.

Amazing wee shop!! Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the area, great selection of snacks, groceries, and crafts, and great hot drinks! As some other reviews have mentioned the food and drinks approach gourmet level which was a surprise for such a small and remote little shop without much competition. We got some coffee which was excellent and some angel cakes from their selection of baked goods which my boyfriend and I were raving about they were some of the best baking I 've ever had!! I hope to come back to the Elgol Shop soon :

Large wee shop that keeps everything from fruit and vegetables to cakes to gifts. we thought we were a delicious cake and coffee during the visit of elgol beach and I was very grateful for the use of toilet facilities. please stop by visiting and support them these beautiful and much needed local shops!

Very welcome very hot coffee served by the very nice lady shopkeeper. Triple choc brownie also very nice!
