Viator Coffee Co. - Elgin

Ordered for the first time today, the biscuit breakfast sandwich is AMAZING, and the Snickerdoodle coffee was delicious. This is quickly going to become my new go to coffee shop. HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve heard a lot about this place and I finally found myself in the area to try it.I just got a drip coffee and found it kind of meh. It was a little on the bitter side.The atmosphere was pretty cool, but there was nowhere to sit in the middle of the day.I’ll probably come back some time.

I ordered a Lavender Latté and my friend ordered a cup of coffee. It took approximately 20 minutes to get our drinks. That's way too slow. It was not very busy at all, 2 people ahead of us.Parking: Horrible. Lots of construction in downtown Elgin, but no one's working on the sidewalks ir streets.

Honestly, this place is awful when it comes to service. Extremely slow each time I come here. This will be my last time coming here. Please tell me how it can take more than 10 min to make a tea when there are no other order in front of me?? I look over and the girls are just lounging around ot just working very slow.
