Subway - Elgin

First of all my sandwich only had turkey and cheese and I order it with more on it and then a girl said the toster was broken and then we wait in the drive thu for 50 minutes Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options Paid parking lot

They make me feel bad about coupons . The manager doesn’t like coupons. I’d rather you just tell people you don’t accept uh them. Then make them feel less than. Why do y’all even send out coupons to the community if we can’t use them ? Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worse subway ever. And not the first time I’ve had bad service. Anything from rude employees, to wring order or zero condiments on sandwich as ordered. Today Waited over 20min for even acknowledging me at drive thru. Girl started to give me wrong order. Told her what my order was Was informed they don’t have and didn’t have several orders .that was it. A bit frustrating after waiting I asked what do you think we should do employee yelled at me stating “what do you want me to do about it”. I drive away !! Will NEVER EVER go back. I will support other establishments and other subways. Not the location in Elgin !

I just watched who I assume is the GM or owner speak very rudely to the employee who was learning. With that kind of anger and rudeness I will not be coming back to watch someone humiliate another human. Disgusting. Same on you subway. Your franchisee and managers need anger training.
