Schlotzsky's - Elgin

Food is nice what its clean, fast and consistent in taste. I tend to go here against other sub-shops in the area, as there are ingredients better in quality than the other chains sub-shops. At the moment, 4/29/22, the shop is closed due to lack of employees.

I grew up with the original Schlotzsky in Austin. Love it! The chain happened, and I was very disappointed. You can't go home. Today I had a great experience. An original that was original!! My son had the turkey and avocado. Both sandwiches were delicious!! Trust me to have a tear in my eye. How old times

Customer service in the Elgin area has been very bad for some time, but Shariah Warfield has changed this for me this afternoon! I usually get my pastrami and Swiss on Rye, but recently they were without Rye bread. So I bite the ball and got it on sourdough bread because it's either still delicious! Long story short. The Dijon Mustard, used for the pastrami, and the Swiss has recently been transformed into a strange sperm widening. All in all, Shariah was attentive and had an excellent attitude. Keeping a high sense of professionalism and getting the right sandwich to replace my pastrami. They kicked butt to get our large order out of the door before time anticipated in Elgin. The GM came in to help out I heard, and it really helped our 13 cyclists refuel and get back on the road to finish the ride!
