Papa Saverio's Pizzeria - Elgin

I ordered 1 Large pizza online and according to online the food was supposed to be ready within 20-35 minutes. I got there to pick up the order after 35 minutes and was told they didn't see my online order and didn't even start the order. My food took an additional 30 minutes to ready. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! Terrible customer service.

We got wings from this place few months ago, and were very impressed…. Plump, moist, and tasty. Went back tonight looking forward to the same, but were rudely surprised with dried up, reheated, tasteless puny little wings.

Had gone after ordering and paying online. We called in to confirm that the order would be ready in 30min before even being asked for the name on the order. When we arrived we did notice it was busy but hey we understood. After waiting for about 10min they asked the name for the order gave it to them and the items for the order and was told 5 minutes waited and from there on got asked 5 more times throughout the course of 1hr 30min what the name of the order was and the items on it. THE ORDER WAS NEVER STARTED OR GIVEN TO US and they couldn 't find my ticket to issue a refund. I will be calling my bank to start a claim. BE WEARY OF ORDERING AND PAYING ONLINE HERE

I went there to see the Cutler oven and this place apparently stole a pizza review from another restaurant. Food is just average.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! They never even started the order! Yet they asked us for 5 times what our order was and they never even started it! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THEY WILL NOT EVEN HAVE YOUR ORDER IF YOU ORDER ONLINE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
