Daylight Donuts Cafe - Eldon

I am continually impressed by the service, atmosphere, and culinary delights that are served up at Daylight Donuts Cafe. When you stop by be sure to ask about any breakfast or lunch specials because they are always amazing!! I think between all of us we have tried everything on and off the menu and have never had any complaints. Also make sure you stop by and check out Monday Funday's with good food and live music by the group Me and Jim.

We eaten donuts there twice (killer good) and breakfast once. Our omelets were delish!!! and the price for the meal was unbelievably inexpensive. The vibe is totally laidback and somewhat mad cap and loosey goosey :o) We met the chef, Hunter, a loud, super friendly and talented dude with chops that would put Elvis to shame! His partner the dude out front, is equally as friendly and acts as both the server and seater. I understand that they haven't been open very long which would explain why things are still pretty rough out in the front, but that doesn't too much to us because the entire experience was so fun. I would rather give my money to a family run joint than a big box restaurant anytime. We'll be back :o)

Grilled chicken was good seasoned just right. And the fries remind me of how my grandma seasoned and fried them!

We were passing through and stopped for a doughnut.... Well we got so much more! Biscuits gravy,bacon,eggs, pancake,hash browns, plus one chocolate dough (our order) it was ALL great! Super friendly staff- Will be back

Really great breakfast!! Fresh food that tastes really good. The homemade biscuits were perfect! Really affordable prices. We had the hot breakfast one morning then went back the next morning for donuts and coffee. Donets were made that morning and fresh and tasty!
