Five Guys - Eldersburg

They weren't even busy at all just one customer and they forgot to put bacon in my burger so I told them about the bacon then instantly they gave me this all burnt and dried bacon must been sitting in the kitchen for all day..... wow....I thought everything is made to order here.... like it said on the wall.... hahaha.... no wonder this place is so slow.....

I had to wait 25 minutes for my order of 4 burgers and fries and the only reason it didn?t take longer was because I asked. It was an online order and the burgers were done but because the cooking staff was talking so I suppose they didn?t hear the cashier yell to them that I was there to get my order. After 5 people got their food, I asked about mine. That?s when I saw my bag on a shelf waiting for fries. They upsized my fries but I didn?t need/want them. An apology would have been nice but that I did not get.

Great food fast service my general experience with this five guys was great

Attempted to go inside at 933 to get a burger and no one paid attention to me or my friend. We stood there at the register for about 5-7 mins as people continued to clean the kitchen and not help us It's crazy cause they don't close until 10 pm. And no one greeted as we came or anything.
