Bidrage med feedbackI went 2 days ago to place an order online and it wasn 't an option, so I went in person to be told they only had wings. No biggie, it happens. Then I go back tonight and the guy at the window was very rude when I asked for a pizza that wasn 't hot and ready and said that they no longer cuztom pizzas , and that they only have peperoni. If it were close to closing time I would understand but it was an hour before the closing time and I don 't know if that may be why, but he seemed annoyed that I was even there so I don 't know if I can recommend this place or if I 'll ever go back.

I placed an order for a birthday party consisting of 13 pizzas for $96. I placed this order 48 hours in advanced. Pulled up to get it and was greeted with “can you not read? We are closed” let them know we placed an order to pick up at 12 that day (4/21) and the manager said “well our wifi is down, we are closed. I guess you should have picked them up yesterday instead”. My fiancé then called to talk to them and was again told “I guess none of y’all can read. We are closed”. I’m not sure what wifi being down has to do with cooking pizzas but I was not even given a refund. I have been on hold with corporate for 20 mins to try to get a refund.
I don’t usually do this, as I’ve worked in fast food before, however this is absolutely ridiculous. TWO days ago, I placed an order for pizzas at little Caesar’s in elberton for paislees birthday party. My total was $96 which was immediately taken out of my account. I even received an email the morning of at 11:02 telling me my pizzas were being prepared. Hannah pulled up at 12 to pick them up and was greeted so kindly with “can you not read? We are closed.” After telling them we had an order to pick up she was told their wifi was down so they could not make pizza???? Anthony then called up there and was again told “I guess none of y’all can read, we are CLOSED. if you wanted pizza you should’ve gotten it last night.” Let me add this was the MANAGER that talked to both of them this way. She would not issue a refund. I have now been on hold with corporate for 30 minutes to try to get a refund. I’ve never had anything but issues out of this store so I’m truly not surprised, however hopefully this will help SOMEONE not have to deal with the same thing.
