Sourdough with a very good flavor. Good ingredients, it is one of the pizzerias that really shows that they use good products and on top of that they stretch the dough by hand. People should give real pizzerias like this more opportunities, outside of Domino's and Telepizza, they have to learn to value real good pizza.
