Unfortunately the food and service has went down hill, been going to the one by my house for 30 years, it's really sucks that it was always my first choice, but now I always look for something else first

Manager Rosie M. was very rude. She first stated even if you do a curb side pick up so your order is ready you arrive that you have to go through drive through and it will not be ready. She said they will not honor your curbside pick up, it just means its paid for and you have to go through drive through anyways. She then stated she threw the food away since I was waiting at the curbside pick up spot for 45 minutes which is directly in the drive through site of view. Absolutely terrible management

Drive-thru was very slow and the young lady named Rosalba that takes your order is so RUDE!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN... Not to add the quality of the food has gone down immensely.

Asked for well done fries (crispy) and I got stale soggy fries. Highly dissatisfied. I even waited longer. Check your order before leaving. The service keeps going downhill.
