Whataburger - El Paso

The milkshakes at this restaurant are fantastic! The drive-thru is quick, even late at night around 12am to 1am.

This is usually my go-to Whataburger, but this time I had to send my food back twice and it was still wrong. I mentioned this to one of the workers, but it seemed like they didn't care. Then, when I asked for more jalapeños at the front counter and explained that I only got three in my sandwich, it was also brushed off and I was charged for a side order. I typically visit this location for lunch, but after this experience, I will not be returning for dinner.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I have been coming here for over 30 years. Despite being at the front of Line A, everyone else received their orders before us. We were just sitting there, blocking the line, when someone flipped us off. Eventually, we had to call inside to even be acknowledged. When my husband went inside, Evelyn, the shift leader, completely ignored him. There was no explanation or apology given. The only apology came from a polite team member. The service from the shift leader/manager was terrible.

This wataburger has helped me countless times when needed. They always provided exceptional service and never miss the spicy ketchup. They never run out of inventory or say they don’t have it. Kudos to them good job wataburger

Celina!!! My hero! I literally don’t understand what was sooooooooo difficult about my order!? Celina was on stand by just listening to me going back and forth with who im assuming is the manager (because of how this lady was dressed) and took control of the situation. Reminder the manager is MUCH older than Celina and the fact that Celina was CALMER and NICER during this who situation speaks volumes!!! I wish i got the managers name because that lady need to do some more training. Celina girl!! You need a raise!!
