Whataburger - El Paso

I went in to redeem a free Whataburger Jr. and ended up with a free chicken sandwich with purchase of fries and drink. I shared my burger and fries with someone that was also hungry. The staff was so nice and the manager also made sure I was able to substitute buns since they ran out of brioche buns, but as soon as the buns were delivered he asked if I'd like the brioche buns? I chose to stay with small buns. I can't remember the young lady at the cash register or the manager's name but both were super attentive and excellent customer service. I enjoy eating here because the place is always clean as well! Thank you for excellent customer service!

The Customer Service was excellent they got my order perfect. No items were missing. The only complaint was that the gravy was watery not thicker. When it's thicker it has a delicious taste. I always feel dissapointed; when the gravy is watered down.

Loved coming here this morning. Got my breakfast was a little burned out they don't have the jalapeño cheddar biscuit in stock but nonetheless the biscuits are still bomb. It came out as I expected fresh and soft. They ran out of coffee but they quickly put new coffee and even the hostess walking around refilled my cup and offered creams or sugars..... gotta say that was something else and made my morning anf time to put this review S/o to this team here!!

LOVE MY WHATABURGER! Please come to Florida!! I'm always so happy to find a Whataburger location when I travel, since we have no Whataburger locations near Tampa Bay. To my great fortune this Whataburger is located less than a block from my hotel in El Paso. Perfect! I visited this location several times and it's always a great experience. The food is always fresh and hot. The customer service is excellent and efficient. This is a very busy location located near The UTEP Campus. It's a smaller unit with a very busy drive thru service. Every visit I have made, the dining room, kitchen, parking area and building is immaculate!

If you want a real hamburger and I'm talking about a hamburger where it's cooked on the grill and you've got fresh lettuce fresh tomatoes fresh onions and a nice hot bun water Burger is the best place to get it that's the only place where they will cook your hamburger on a grill
