Wendy's - El Paso

Came through the drive thru an hour before close. The cashier was extremely rude, slammed the drive thru door super loud, and had an attitude when he brought us our food out. Overfilled my bag so it tore open and half of the food I bought spilled all over my car. The food that didn’t spill was cold and tasted old. I understand it was late and he could have been tired, but there was nobody else in the drive thru or in the store. The kid could’ve been MUCH nicer. I’ve worked in fast food when I was his age there was 0 reason to be acting the way he did.

I was in Saturday with my Mother to try the new Orange shake, I bought 2, gave the man a 20.00 I bought one small, one large, he short changed me. 10.00 and didnt know it. But I did. I showed him what he gave me. He took out a Calculator, to re add it? He gave me ten dollars back. We sat down. There was a homeless man Sitting down inside, it smelled like he hasnt take a bath in sometime. It was very unconforable, I left. he needs to me Re evaluated, Who knows, How manny other custermers he has short changed? This is not good at all. I use to like comeing here. Thats So sad.

Came through drive thru 4/18 I told them I’ll take a large fry if it’s hot if not don’t worry about the fries and they still served cold fries. If you don’t like fresh food as long as they’re quick come here

For 5 bucks you get a burger chicken nuggets fries and a drink!

We ordered on line and things were missing a whole order. No straws or condiments. Very poor poor service.
