Wendy's - El Paso

Came through the drive thru an hour before close. The cashier was extremely rude, slammed the drive thru door super loud, and had an attitude when he brought us our food out. Overfilled my bag so it tore open and half of the food I bought spilled all over my car. The food that didn’t spill was cold and tasted old. I understand it was late and he could have been tired, but there was nobody else in the drive thru or in the store. The kid could’ve been MUCH nicer. I’ve worked in fast food when I was his age there was 0 reason to be acting the way he did.

When notifying an employee that my partner had celiacs. The employee had no idea what that was. We do not feel safe coming back if other employees do not know about gluten allergies and how to prevent cross contamination.

Thanks yall for getting my order correct with no missing items I ordered 24 items total and usually at other places I would be lacking 1 or 2 items, not gonna mention any names but they're literally down the street from yall and always forgetting like a burger or a nuggets. I greatly appreciate the fast service as well.

This establishment was absolutely disgusting me and my friend went in we placed an order for the new saucy nuggets item we ordered three sets of 20 3 out of the six containers had big long disgusting hair in them as well as the floor this establishment was so sticky we had to peel our shoes off to move. It was disgusting and I understand being short-staffed but the not only the customer service but the containers among everything else was disgusting for a food establishment and unacceptable. We called to let the establishment know what happened after we opened our food and the manager was super rude and not willing to fix or correct their disgustingness.

I give 0 there was a hair in my food a couple of bites in my hamburger never go here again
