Wendy's - El Paso

The pretzel baconator is pretty good, and peppermint shake it's awesome. Great and very fast service.

HORRIBLE!! No cold coffee no creamer no sugar like no front counter person to take our order debating in front of the customer on who wants to help us… and both walk away… wow then we get served “I’m sorry” oh can we have this ohhh we’re completely out of cups napkins food sorry…..

Props to the guy at the first window, super nice and polite. The woman at the second window/one who took my order seemed annoyed and pissed off that I even came there at all.

I placed an order for a biggie bag on the app scheduled for 1pm. I got to the location at 1:10 and it wasn’t at the pick up station which was fun I had no issue till I asked the person at the registers. Who so happened to be the manager at the time. He proceeded to complain and say “ahh man it’s been sitting here for god knows how long already” picked it up and I threw it infront of me. Then he proceeded to complain about the drink it was supposed to come with. To be very clear I had no issue at all until this manager was rude for no reason.He was an older gentleman with hair combed back and a shaved face. Definitely not going back to this Wendy’s. I went to order a new young girl working. She asked her manager for help her managers working drive-through at the moment, but tells her just do this and I can’t help you I’m busy. This lady was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered in any of the Wendy’s here in El Paso. I will never visit this restaurant again.
