Subway - El Paso

The service at this underground restaurant was extremely rude. It was the worst experience I've had in this city, which says a lot. If I could, I would give it 0 stars.

This restaurant is awful. The manager, Andrew, is rude. I placed an online order and it was incorrect. I don't know if it was a problem with the app, but my sandwich was not made the way I usually order it. They refused to make me a new one, claiming it was made correctly. When I asked for a refund, they said it wasn't possible. I won't be returning to this Subway again.

My order was incorrect at this restaurant. I had ordered the tri-tip, but I didn't realize the error until I got home. When I returned and spoke to the supposed manager, Andrew, he was extremely rude and blamed me for the mistake. Rather than remaking my dish, they simply removed the paprika that was not supposed to be there, leaving the flavor altered.

Totally failed my online order, andrew told me that I had to take it back so she could fix it, then refused to fix with my man argumented. the online ordering system harassed.

We were surprised to notice that prices were higher in you go inside the Subway to build your own sandwich vs using their app. We went in twice and paid the higher price since I like to look at the vegetables before they are added to a sandwich so all is fresh.
