Bidrage med feedbackSubway seriously needs to get its act together. This is ridiculous! This is the 4th subway I?ve been to today trying to buy steak footlongs. The first two in the northeast didn?t have any steak left. So I drove all the way to the central side of town. The third store had no employee in their store and I stood there for close to 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out. This store is my 4th store and it?s closed because their only employees are from Juarez and are closing early because of the violence in Juarez. Subway you need to get your act together. You?re going to lose me as a customer after today. This is unbelievable.
Today my friend and I went to this subway to get some food. One of the girls working there was super disrespectful to us and it she acted as if she didn't want to serve us food. We will not be back here!!
I'm not happy to visit this place. I had my daughter at the ICU at UMC and hadn't eaten in two days, so I wanted to grab some sandwiches. I have made sure to check the time, the place closed that was 9:30. I went in there at 8:30 p.m., which was stopped by 2 female employees who informed me that they were closed. I asked them that the sign 9:30 a.m. that they quickly informed that the new hours were 8:30 a.m. I went on to tell them why the door was open, they said because that is where we get out! B/S lazy, unethical, unprofessional and 0 customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could, I would give them a -10
How do you mix up the sandwiches when the customer moves with it down the counter. My kid who just had a heart attack and is at childrens hospital ended up with a jalapeño filled sandwich. Do better guys.
I'm not real sure what the point of having a drive-thru is if you sit in it for more than 20 minutes while you watch everyone inside get waited on. Then when someone finally comes to the window there's absolutely no apology for the wait, nothing at all. At some point someone should come to the window, thank the customer for their patience and give a brief explanation. Maybe y'all should schedule more lunch shift workers? Whatever the problem is you should probably fix it.
