Starbucks - El Paso

Baristas are super friendly and I had a positive experience in driving through. I am however lactose intolerant and I paid extra for soy milk and ordered a soybean and received regular milk only to find out after I had already been run away and was not given a quit

Paid $8 for half filled venti. I ordered with no whip cream but seriously half of the cup space for whip cream?

OMG!!! I can’t express the horrible hot sink water drinks I paid!! I ordered 3 chai tea lattes and all three were different. I paid over $24 Tip and the only thing good was the pastries/bread. I wish I had more time to go back and complain. I wanted them to taste and see for themselves the horrible mix they served. I hope you have a better experience than me
