Starbucks - El Paso

The restaurant is typically crowded, but the wait is quick. We ordered a strawberry cream frappuccino and a chestnut praline latte, both of which were delicious and we would definitely order them again. It appeared that most of the menu items were seasonal.

Chris at the Drive-thru provides exceptional customer service! He greeted me with a smile, was extremely polite, warm, and welcoming. I have been to many other drive-thrus, but none have been as nice as Chris. He even thanked me for my order.

It was not my first choice, but I wanted the tasty cold brew.

Needs to work on Chai latte tea but still a good choice for beverages

Please start calling out names for your mobile orders. I got there before my mobile order was complete and watch the barista just place it on the order holding area. I was standing there waiting until she got done moving with another in store order. Not the first time it happened
