Great brunch and time for a new year brunch with the woman

Unfortunately this experience was poor for our first time there. We ordered the prime rib and the whole meal was cold when we got it. Our server hardly came to check on us and overall the service was disappointing.

Last year was exceptional. We came again for Christmas and looked forward to our return. We were disappointed to see the quality has changed. There must have been a change of chefs as sadly our expectations were not met. The appetizers were great. The ceviche was really flavorful and fresh. The mains were disappointing. Their take on tortilla soup was creative and the pour over excited the senses, however it was incredibly thick (like a gravy) with a bland flavor. We both left quite a bit in our bowls as it was on the verge of inedible due to the consistency. The chef deserves the feedback as it was just tortillas in a small amount of gravy.
