Red Lobster - El Paso

My wife loves the lobster linguini, and I really love the shrimp and grits. The lobster artichoke dip is probably there best appetizer. We've never had any trouble with our food at this location. Service has always been good, the servers are nice. But They need to start putting more biscuits in them baskets.

Was there 3 weeks ago for lunch, Rocky the waitress helped us at Cielo vista red lobster, had one hour lunch, restaurant was not busy what so ever but it took her 9 minutes to bring out our drinks n when I asked if it's going to be long since I only had 41 minutes left, her response was can't you see am busy and walked away and didn't come back to take our food order. Needless to say, we got up and got a whataburger on our way back to work. One thing I noticed lately at SOME restaurants , employees don't care anymore because they know there's another job around the corner and that's very sad.

I want to give a shout out to Morgan, our server on June 19th. She was busy, but still took the time to give her best service to everyone. She was friendly, helpful, and made that evening much better. The food was also very delicious. The steaks were tender, flavorful, and cooked perfect! All the staff were welcoming and deserve that recognition in this day and age of such negativity. Way to go everyone! We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

After repeated memories, potatoes were eaten for dessert, bread brought to us, again after repeated memories. And I ate in front of a restless table that was never tied up. At some point, I ate my $40 dish with a look at garbage. Extremely disappointed after years of this place.

We used to call managers was so professional and helpful. Our waitress was stubborn. We were a party of 15 and none of us needed anything. She had our needs. My celebrated birthday and retirement.
