Red Lobster - El Paso

I would give them zero stars if I could. They still offer curbside pickup, but they'll make you wait 20 minutes until they finally come out with cold food, at that point. I tried calling but nobody picked up the phone. Finally got home, like 25 minutes later. They did not pack utensils, napkins, and only 2 biscuits when my receipt says 4. To top it all off 1 of the biscuits had a long hair tangled within it. No point in calling now to let them know they failed miserably since I know they won't bother picking up. Just an awful experience today. Things to do: stop offering curbside pickup if you don't have enough personnel to fulfill this. Also, hairnets are your friends.

Went around noon , although it was almost empty the waitress never came to take our Oder . I told the hostess about it and requested to be seated on the other side of the restaurant . plenty of empty tables . Her reply was she can't seat us there . I told her , this side looks like is been taking good care of . If you can seat us there then we will leave . she was courteous but not helpful . We ended up leaving. As she relied she can't do anything about it. Needs better management . Manager no where to be seen.

This place is the worst. The night manager and its hostess are rude. They leave you waiting over 20 min for a table when it is empty. There were maybe 5 table with people at them. I will never go back to this location again

It's been several months since we have been here. Today was nice and I noticed they updated their menu with a new look and easy to find the things you like. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, although not a new item, they are different from previous ones so I guess they order a new brand. The presentation in a small basket was a nice touch instead of a plate. I also had the new Southwest Shrimp Bowl, which was delicious and plentiful. It had grilled shrimp, lettuce, some kind of rice, tortilla strips, and a side of dressing.

Don't order curbside from this location!!! After checking in I had to wait 20 minutes after being told it would be right out. Then I called again and they said again it would be right out. After another 10 minutes they brought it out and said it was ready at the pickup time. Yet they made me wait 30 minutes after the pickup time. Why???
