Potbelly Sandwich Shop - El Paso

While searching for a fresh sandwich option that wasn't Subway or Jimmy John's, we stumbled upon Capriotti's. Right from the start, the service was exceptionally friendly, and the staff member gave us some honest recommendations. We decided to try "The Bobbie," which resembles a Thanksgiving sandwich, and we paired it with clam chowder soup. The sandwich was $10, and while it wasn't the largest option, the bread was fresh, the meat was juicy, and all the other ingredients were bursting with flavor. The soup was also excellent, honestly tasting better than the soups at Subway. Although the prices can be a bit higher, it's definitely worth it. If you're looking for a unique sandwich place, I highly recommend giving Capriotti's a try!

This is the best sandwich shop I've ever been to! I've visited the location in Vegas, and the experience here was just as fantastic. The sandwiches are outstanding. Definitely try the Bobby—you won’t regret it! Thank you, Tessie, for the excellent service.

I've visited this restaurant several times, and the sandwiches are usually quite good. However, during my last visit, my husband ordered his sandwich on a bed of lettuce, and it looked fantastic. I decided to order the same today but was disappointed to receive a small container—similar to a soup bowl—with just a bit of lettuce on the bottom and the cheesesteak on top. What happened there? I ended up spending more money to get another sandwich, and it took a long time to arrive. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. I probably won't be returning to this location.

1st time here along with some co workers. We arrived at the noon lunch rush. As we walked in we we greeted quickly. The cashier noticed that we looked lost asked if it was 1st time experience. Told us that she would answer any/all questions. I noticed a sign that said please be patient as they are short handed. If we didn't have patience we are welcome to pick up an application for employment there. I thought it was pretty cool. Once I got to register I ordered the bbq chicken salad combo. Very good. I got the small was very filling for me I'm a big guy. I paid a bit over $12 which was salad, chips large tea (fresh tasty) tip included. Not bad. I recommend the bbq chicken salad. Once I placed my order the dinning area seats became available, so we got to sit as a group. The owner came by table, greeted us, asked if everything was good thanked us for stopping by. Great selection of sandwiches. Great service every time. They don't have the typical lunchmeat sandwiches. They actually roast the turkey and beef. The cheese steak is also really good! Definitely worth a visit if you're on the West side.
